About the Artist
During the last seven years Carmen Lamas has spent many hours painting, mostly outdoors. She enjoys the sunny Marin weather and the views of the San Francisco Bay.
Carmen has participated in the Marin Open Studios several years - This year the Marin Open Studios will be held the second weekend of May (13th - 14th). Link to the Marin Open Studios site
She has also participated in several juried exhibitions in Marin. She enjoys PleinAir painting coordinates a group of artists that paint on Saturdays, mostly in Marin and the North Bay.
